Students who join the Organizing Committee train to eventually take a position of a Club Officer in their 12th grade, provided their work is up to the mark as an Organizing Committee member.

Once selected, Organizing Committee members are placed with a specific grade from grades 9 - 12 and work alongside one particular Presiding Officer for the entirety of the year. Here they will shadow their Presiding Officer and assist them in multiple areas during the meeting. A few are shared below:

OC Sheets

Organizing Committee members are given a guided OC Sheet for every meeting to record the specific agenda, happenings, and notes of the meeting.

Decorum

Organizing Committee members are in charge of helping to maintain the decorum and parliamentary procedure of the meeting. OC members are tasked with giving out warning cards whenever needed.

Attendance

Organizing Committee members keep track of attendance of meetings.

Their notes are then given to the

Vice President Membership so the record can be uploaded to the website.
