"The club president is the chief executive officer of this club and is responsible fulfilling the mission of this club. The president presides at meetings of this club and the club executive committee, appoints all committees, and has general supervision of the operation of this club."

"The club parliamentarian is responsible for being the club's "system of checks and balances". The parliamentarian is in charge of making sure club policies and procedures are being implemented and followed. They may also call for meetings regarding changes needed in parliamentary procedure. The parliamentarian works closely with the president to ensure the smooth functioning of club activites."
